Delivery of goods

Orders can not be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined. 

 

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES 

Please be aware that Royal Mail has planned strikes in November and December. From November I will be posting through evri so you will recieve your parcels in time for christmas. Here are the Royal Mail strikes for reference:

  • Wednesday 2nd November

  • Thursday 3rd November 

  • Friday 4th November 

  • Tuesday 8th November 

  • Wednesday 9th November 

  • Thursday 10th November 

  • Monday 14th November

  • Tuesday 15th November

  • Wednesday 16th November

  • Wednesday 23rd November

  • Thursday 24th November

  • Friday 25th November

  • Monday 28th November

  • Wednesday 30th November

  • Thursday 1st December 

  • Friday 2nd December 

 

Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 3-5 working days. *Exclusions apply - Where this is not possible for any reason, I will notify you of the delay.

All goods will be posted using Royal Mail’s second class delivery service unless you choose one of the alternative delivery options available or there are any Royal Mail strikes, in this case I will use Evri.

Where your order comprises more than one item, I will add each item either in a postal box or in a wrapped parcel in brown paper.

 

If the goods do not arrive please report this to me within seven days from the estimated delivery date.

Time is not of the essence in the contract between us unless I agree a specific timetable with you and confirm it by email.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

We are pleased to be able to send items internationally, all shipping rates are stated at checkout depending on location. International Standard orders are sent out via the Royal Mail and starting prices are listed below:

Please be aware that customs charges may occur depending on your location. Customs charges are payable by the customer.
